Please note, this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

10:00 – 10:45am         Refreshment Break – Dedicated Viewing
3:00 – 3:30pm             Refreshment Break – Dedicated Viewing
5:45 – 6:45pm             Welcome Reception – Dedicated Viewing

Wednesday, May 22
Exhibit hall open  from 8:00* – 10:45am
8:00 – 8:45am             Continental Breakfast - *This is not a mandatory dedicated viewing, but is a function located in the Exhibit Foyer Area.  Exhibitors are welcome to join and be near their exhibit space.

10:00 – 10:45am          Coffee Break – Dedicated Viewing
10:45am – 2:00pm       Exhibitor Dismantle

EARLY BREAKDOWN: Exhibitors may only breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Sponsor. Exhibitors that breakdown prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early breakdown penalty fee of $500 to the Sponsor. Please have return shipping labels ready!
